Paul Wesley Briscoe Born July 12, 1940 in Austin,  Texas, grew up in Pasadena, Texas and finished Pasadena High School in 1959 then went into the Army for the next six years and six months.  I was sent to Japan in 1960 by the United States Army and was stationed in Tokyo where I met my wife (Hiroko) we were married in  March 1963 and my first daughter was born in Japan.

Travel has always been my thing while in the Army  I was sent to Africa from Japan to teach military mapping, during this trip I made my first trip around the world, ( the first Briscoe to do this) since I have taken the Briscoe name to China and walked on the Great Wall of China this was a dream I always had and it happened.  Worked for the State of Texas in Houston for 28 years then retired. We live in the same house for the past 33 years just outside Katy, Texas here in Houston.

My wife (Hiroko) and I have been married for 40 years now, have two beautiful daughters named Kay Lee Briscoe and Paula Ann Briscoe Gunter we are blessed with two grandsons from Paula named Trenton Eugene Gunter  (14 years) and Clayton Wesley Gunter ( 9 years) and one granddaughter from Kay named Kathrine LeeAnn Havet who is 5 years
